Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile car valeting and detailing services (“Services”) provided by Pole Position Car Care (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them

 

1. Bookings and Scheduling

• Booking Process: You can book our services via our website, phone, email, Facebook or Instagram. All bookings are subject to availability.

 

 

2. Cancellation

• Rescheduling/Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel an appointment by giving at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.

 

 

3. Payment

• Pricing: Service fees are provided at the time of booking and may vary based on the type of service, location, and vehicle size and condition.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.

 

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Vehicle Condition: You agree to provide accurate details about your vehicle’s condition. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline service if the vehicle’s condition differs substantially from the description provided.

• Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.

• Access: You must ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and that we have a safe working environment that is situated off-street.

 

 

5. Damage

• Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle. We may take photos of the vehicle before and after the service for documentation purposes.

 

 

6. Weather Conditions

• Due to the nature of the business, the weather can have an affect on carrying out some of our services. We reserve the right to postpone a confirmed booking if the weather conditions prevent a satisfactory service being completed. We endeavour to fulfil your booking at the earliest possible date agreed between us and yourself.

 

 

7. Maintenance Plan

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a maintenance visit, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you are unable to reschedule the valet within the agreed timeframe of the maintenance plan, additional charges may apply. This is due to the extra time it will take to get the car back to the initial standard.

• If your car is excessively dirtier than usual, you must inform us before arrival. Additional charges may apply if extra time is required to carry out the valet.

 

 

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or inappropriate behaviour.

 

 

8. Privacy

• Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 

9. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
